On September 25, 2020, at approximately 3:00 a.m. a maintenance employee was investigating liquid on the shackles on Line 2 in the evisceration department when, while dabbing the liquid with his gloved hand, his glove became caught in the chain line above a shackle resulting in the partial amputation of his right middle fingertip.
