An employee was attempting to clear a pizza pan jam on the conveyor. The line was not shut down at the time. As the pans continued down the line, they jammed and pinned her left hand against the metal bar that guides the pans. She could not remove her hand and sustained a laceration, fracture, and burns to the palm.
