On 8/31/2020, a Noble Casing, Inc., employee was on location performing rathole operations. A nearby skid steer operator was unloading a joint of pipe from a trailer and had the pipe elevated while backing to clear the bunks. The pipe then slid off the skid steer forks and trapped the employee between the pipe and trailer.
