Incident Narrative
An employee was installing an impact table on the south side of a conveyor. The impact table was resting on the conveyor rail. When the employee attempted to move the table, it fell off the side of the conveyor frame and dropped down, crushing his left index finger between the conveyor frame and the top of the impact table plate.
