An employee was sanding the rough edge of a stainless steel sheet after a plasma cut using a 4.5 inch electric hand held grinder with a sanding disk when the employee's hair was caught in the tool's rotating assembly. The sanding disk cut the employee's left temple and the employee was hospitalized.
