Incident Narrative

An employee was attempting to remove a stainless steel window sill segment from the drive-thru window system using a cordless drill. The screw he was removing reversed quickly, causing his left thumb tip to become pinched between the stainless steel section and the drill he was operating, resulting in a partial amputation.
