Incident Narrative

An employee was standing by a press, waiting for a fork truck to drop off a metal coil. The coil was set on the floor and the fork truck backed out. The coil started to roll, then fell over while the employee was trying to balance it. It struck the employee's right leg, causing a fracture that required surgery.
