Incident Narrative

An employee was repairing pallets using a hammer, a pallet disassembly pry bar, and a pneumatic coil nailer. While he was placing a new board on a broken pallet, the coil nailer nailed his left middle finger to the board. He was hospitalized, undergoing surgery.
