Incident Narrative
An employee was cleaning a 10-inch line using a high-pressure hydro-blaster with a lance at the nozzle tip when the lance pushed back out of the pipe opening and the tip kicked, redirecting the pressurized water across the employee's left forearm and causing a water laceration.
