Incident Narrative

An employee had been making a bale with the baler. While ejecting the bale, she noticed the metal wire was stuck on the chain in the machine. The employee cut the wire free. The bale then fell, knocking her over and resulting in two broken wrists. She was hospitalized and had surgery.
