Incident Narrative
An employee was using a paint brush to touch the side of a spool that another employee was loading onto a trailer using an overhead crane when the spool (12 feet long with a 12-inch diameter) caught another spool on the trailer. This caused the other spool, to fall off the trailer and strike the employee's left foot, fracturing it.
