Incident Narrative
An employee was tasked with removing sweet potato plants from a trailer to be planted in the field. While the employee was climbing on the side of the parked trailer, the top side bracing bar of the trailer came off and the employee fell approximately 1 foot to the ground. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured back.
