Incident Narrative
An employee's truck broke down while he was on a dirt pit site. A mechanic on site put the truck on a low boy to transport it back to the company's physical location. While the truck was on the low boy, the employee entered the truck to retrieve paperwork, slipped, and fell off the low boy onto the ground and landed on his left arm and wrist. His left wrist was fractured.
