Two employees were picking up palletized product that had fallen and was leaning against the wall. When one employee pulled a pallet loose, the pallet and product fell onto the second employee. The injured employee had fractures to the right collarbone and knee, as well as bruising to the right knee. The injured employee was hospitalized.
