An employee drove a log skidder to a site to drag a log out of the woods. When he got out of the log skidder, a dead tree fell and hit him, knocking him to the ground and against part of the skidder. He suffered a broken/fractured elbow, fracture to several vertebrae, and a fractured pelvis.
