Incident Narrative
An employee was ascending a fiberglass extension ladder to check a customer's electrical connections. He was approximately 6 feet off the ground when the ladder slipped off of the house, causing the employee to fall and hit his elbow on the ground. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured right elbow.
