An employee was working aloft in a locust tree with his tie-in point high in the middle of the tree. He had worked his way out on a branch to make the needed cuts and was walking back in toward the main trunk when he slipped and swung back into the trunk. He struck his foot, causing a break in both bones of his lower leg.
