Incident Narrative

Two employees were assembling doors onto storage cabinets while the cabinets were laying on their backs. After attaching the doors, they stood the cabinet up onto a wooden dolly. The doors came open and the excess weight away from the center of gravity caused the cabinet to fall forward on top of one employee. The employee was hospitalized with abrasions to the left arm and pelvis.
