An employee was picking up parts from a plastic bin on the floor. When the employee turned around, she caught the edge of the pan with her foot, causing her to fall onto the cement floor. She landed on her left side and sustained injuries to the left tibial plateau, right ankle medial/lateral malleolus, and right metatarsal.
