An employee was operating the tail end of a material stretcher and actuating the stretcher foot to remove the aluminum profile material. The material remained fastened to the stretcher foot. The employee's left index finger was on the material when the material broke free of the foot and the employee's finger was crushed between the material and the machine. The fingertip was amputated with bone loss.
