After repairing a roof HVAC unit, an employee was descending a ladder when it became displaced. The employee then fell 15 feet to the blacktop driveway below, suffering a broken left wrist, fractured left elbow, two fractured left ribs, a compound fracture of the back, a lacerated kidney, and a fractured pelvis.
