On January 07, 2020, an employee was removing the metal sheeting of a 1:12 pitched roof while using his personal fall protection. He was anchored to the peak of the roof when he stepped back while pulling a metal sheet and fell head first through a skylight about 16 feet to the concrete floor below. He suffered head trauma and was hospitalized.
