Incident Narrative

On December 30, 2019, an employee was getting a roll of paper towels from a pallet when, as the employee stepped backward away from the pallet, the employee's left heel became caught on a loose bit of shrink wrap around the bottom of the pallet. The employee then fell backwards and fractured the right femur, requiring hospitalization.
