Incident Narrative
An employee was trying to move an aluminum baking rack that was stuck to another rack. A second employee was attempting to help the injured employee un-stick the rack when the racks shifted and crushed the employee's left middle finger between two of the racks. As a result, the employee's left middle fingertip was amputated.
