Incident Narrative

On December 2, 2019, an employee was turning the crank on the light tower to lower it to the down position when the hoist cable fell, causing the light tower to collapse onto his head and right hand. He received a laceration to the head and three broken fingers on his right hand, requiring hospitalization.
