Incident Narrative

At about 1:30 p.m. on November 8, 2018, a truck driver was climbing down the ladder of his trailer after getting a sample of the corn germ that a customer had just loaded into the trailer. He slipped off the ladder and fell 10 to 12 feet onto concrete, suffering a concussion and fractures to the nose, wrist, hand, and leg.
