Incident Narrative
An employee was waiting to pull product from a pallet inverter machine to load the product into a wrap machine for storage. A second employee was operating a forklift to pull the product from the machine. The second employee lowered the forklift bucket, and the first employee stepped in front of the pallet of product and was struck by the forklift's right fork. He fell to the ground, sustaining a laceration to his left foot and a broken heel.
