Incident Narrative

An employee was attempting to repair a crane boom dolly. The employee released the air supply to the crane boom dolly, allowing the brakes to release. The dolly rolled over its wheel chocks back toward the crane, pinching the employee between the crane and dolly. The employee suffered a fractured pelvis.
