Incident Narrative
An employee was changing air hoses on a milling machine and had loaded wood to run through the machine. While pushing the wood through the milling machine, the employee's right hand fingers were struck by the rotating sharper head and the employee suffered amputation of 1/3 of the third digit and amputation of the second digit underneath the first knuckle.
