Incident Narrative

Two employees were traveling in a UTV on a gravel road. The UTV slipped off the road. While it was being maneuvered back onto the road it slipped and hit a tree. The driver was ejected and suffered a broken femur and knee damage; the passenger suffered fractures to the ankle and arm and a head laceration. Both employees were hospitalized.
