Incident Narrative

An employee was working near the edge of a concrete slab preparing a skip pan to be removed from the building. The employee fell 10 feet when a skip pan that was on a cart rolled off the side of the first level of the building. The employee suffered a broken nose, three dislocated fingers on the right hand, and a right front hematoma.
