Incident Narrative
An employee was performing maintenance on a rotator. The rotator had a catch in it so the employee was manually rotating the machine by pulling on the strongback, which was not bolted to the machine. As the machine rotated the strongback fell and struck the employee's right leg causing a fractured tibia and fibula.
