Incident Narrative
An employee was moving a steel beam and using an overhead crane to set the beam down onto the workstation. As the beam was lowering, it started to tilt toward the employee. The employee used both hands to stop the beam from coming toward him. The beam then fell onto the ground, striking the employee's thigh and breaking his ankle.
