Incident Narrative

An employee was addressing an alignment issue with the metal trim at the end of the conveyor. After making the adjustment, the employee's right hand was caught in the moving conveyor belt. The employee's pinky finger was fractured and dislocated. The employee also sustained a laceration from the mid-pinky to the middle of his right palm.
