Incident Narrative

Three employees were running cans at an aerosol manufacturing plant. Some cans fell into the hot water bath and while unjamming several cans exploded. All three employees were injured. One employee sustained a laceration and bruising to the chest that resulted from a flying can and required hospitalization.
