Incident Narrative

A driver was about to hook a trailer up to a converter dolly. He bent over and used the handles to pick up the converter dolly, then lost his footing as he moved it forward. As he was catching himself, the eye of the converter dolly amputated the tip of his left thumb just below the bottom of the nail bed.
