Incident Narrative
An employee was connecting a transportation dolly to three other dollies to make a train of four dollies. The tongue of a dolly went under another dolly. The employee's fingers remained on the handle and the dolly continued forward. The employee's middle finger was caught between the handle and the connecting pin guard resulting in amputation above the first knuckle.
