Incident Narrative

An employee was loading a metal pipe on a flatbed semi-trailer when the employee fell off the side of the flatbed semi-trailer. After the employee fell off the trailer, the pipe shifted position, rolled off the trailer, and landed on the employee's left leg. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured lower left leg.
