Incident Narrative
An employee dropped a bit behind a railroad wheel that was leaning against another wheel. The employee was pulling the wheel to its vertical position to retrieve the bit when the wheel fell backwards onto the employee's right lower leg, fracturing it. The employee also fell and attempted to break the fall, resulting in a fracture to the right wrist.
