Incident Narrative
An employee working as a ground person was helping a second employee cut down trees along the power lines. The first employee was pulling a tree with a rigging line while it was being cut by the second employee using a chainsaw. While retreating, the first employee tripped over a fence and was struck by the tree. The employee was hospitalized with a broken left hip, and a bruised/lacerated left leg.
