Incident Narrative
Employees were purging an epoxy supply hose with MEK (paint thinner) inside an unventilated 4-wheel tow trailer. A torpedo heater in was in use at the time and ignited the MEK. Two employees received burns to the hands and face. A third employee inside the tow trailer was uninjured.
