Incident Narrative

An employee was inside a work zone, spotting a dump truck that was backing up to a milling machine. Another truck, coming from the other direction, ran over the employee's left foot with the passenger-side front tire as it passed. He suffered several fractures to the foot, and was hospitalized for surgery.
