Incident Narrative

At approximately 4:30 PM on January 28, 2015, an employee removing cones in the "closed lane" was struck by a motor vehicle driven by a member of the general public. The employee's left leg sustained a fractured femur and fibula. The employee was transported and admitted to Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA.
