Four Turner employees were working to remove discharge piping to make modifications. While removing the piping from pumps, the crew placed the pipe (approximately 300 lbs.) onto a cart. It rolled unexpectedly and pinched an employee's left ring finger between it and the cart rail, resulting in a fingertip amputation.
