Incident Narrative
An employee was standing on a ladder in a stairway, holding ductwork that was being lifted into place. While attempting to secure the duct work, it slipped loose from its collar on the wall and struck the employee, knocking him off the ladder to the ground. He suffered fractured vertebrae in his neck.
