An employee was loading a hutch into a moving truck, pulling it up a ramp as a coworker pushed it from the other side. The hutch knocked the employee off balance; the employee fell, crushing two fingers between the hutch and the ramp. The employee suffered multiple finger fractures requiring surgery.
