Incident Narrative
An employee was using a wheelbarrow to pour hot stone and rubber into a bridge plug joint when the wheelbarrow started to tip over. As he tried to stop it from falling, the hot rubber contacted his skin, causing a third degree burn to his right forearm between the wrist and elbow.
