Incident Narrative

An employee was assembling a flex wing with a coworker. They had to line up three holes and place pins in them to secure the alignment. The injured employee's finger was in the center hole lining up the hole for the pin when the coworker moved the assembly, pinching the employee's right middle finger and resulting in a fingertip amputation.
