Incident Narrative
An employee was helping to move rafters to build a cone on a tank. One of the rafters was hooked onto a tractor. When the employee went to pull the rafter, the joint of the rafter caught the rafter below it, which then slid and put the employee in a pinch point and the line of fire. As a result, the employee broke two bones above her left ankle (tibia and fibula) and three bones in her left foot.
