A lineman was working on a switch from a bucket, covering electrical power lines with blankets and sleeves. As he reached for a jumper, his sweat-soaked shirt touched a hot jumper at the right arm while his left sleeve touched the switch bracket. A flash occurred, and he suffered first- and second-degree burns.
